30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Include original packaging, tags, and manuals.

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at info@kidkarting.com to request a return.

  • We will provide the return shipping label and instructions.

  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

  • Return address: Saint John Street, Station Railway Approach, Bridgwater, ENG, TA6 5HB, GB.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@kidkarting.com with photos within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific product, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

Need a different size or variant? The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
